DISTINGUISHED EAST COAST HOMES

From concept to blueprint, bid, build, and move-in, AJI worked with this fabulous family of five to create their dream home at the beach. Easy living, a peaceful palette, and a way to showcase their art collection were foremost in the owner's mind. A dream come true with six ensuite baths, plenty of family space and privacy, a home office, and a roof deck with views from the bay to the beach. The outdoor space rivals the inside, and the bar and turntable are at the ready.
Bold design and a substantial art collection add drama and individuality to this fully renovated contemporary home. The bar backsplash runs up behind the upper cabinets and slides open at the counter to convert the server to a bar. High ceilings, beautiful light and pops of color on a neutral background add to the residence’s appeal.
This busy family is golfing, exercising, shooting pool, throwing darts, entertaining, and watching movies in their newly renovated lower level. Starting from studs, AJI designed the entire space, including the keg and televisions at every site line.
A custom wrap-around bar/server is the centerpiece of this light-filled jewel-tone residence. Soft blues and whites support the bold pops of color and help showcase art and objects from around the world. Originally four bedrooms and four full baths, AJI converted one of the bedrooms to a luxury dressing room attached to the primary suite with pocket doors and a custom sleeper sofa for the occasional full house.
