Our project focused on designing the living room, dining room, and entryway to create a sanctuary for a busy, bustling family. The goal was to provide a serene retreat while also offering the perfect setting for entertaining family and friends.
We transformed the home by layering block prints and textured fabrics inspired by the beach, incorporating dramatic and functional lighting, and ensuring the furniture proportions and flow were perfect. As lovers of cards and board games, a cozy spot by the window for rolling the dice was essential, as was a space to gather a large group around the fireplace. The owner wanted the "window sheers to blow in the breeze" literally and figuratively, and they do!
