Hand-hewn beams and paneling were carefully addressed throughout, accompanied by white linen window coverings that flutter in the breeze. The handrails and doors were custom-painted a soft gray-blue. Dramatic lighting in the family room, den, dining room, and stairwell add to the beach vibe. Every room was transformed, including the guest room, which now serves as a cabana for those coming in from the pool and pickleball court.
